Police are on the scene of the city's latest murder.

About mid morning, police got a report of a body under the railroad bridge at Walters and Westfall on the city's east side.

The body had been spotted by the train engineer who saw it as the train passed by.

Detectives say the victim was a man in his forties who had been stabbed multiple times.

The bridge is known as a hangout for homeless people and the victim, who was dead when officials arrived, is believed to have been homeless.

Police say cases like this are difficult to sole due to the transient nature of all involved.
