Foreigner are hitting the road in Canada this fall with a very noticeable lineup change: vocalist Kelly Hansen won't be performing. In his place will be Geordie Brown, who played the male lead in the 2018 and 2019 workshop productions of the band’s upcoming Juke Box Hero, The Musical, which is set to begin production in 2026.
Although Hansen is not joining the band on tour, a rep assured fans that he's still part of Foreigner. “Some issues have forced Kelly to limit his time outside of the US, so he will not be part of this Canadian tour," they said. "He is still with Foreigner.”
“I was most impressed by Geordie’s performances of Juke Box Hero, The Musical in Canada,” Foreigner founder Mick Jones shares. “He is not only a consummate vocalist, but a verified Broadway actor to boot. We look forward to welcoming him at our shows on Foreigner’s 2025 Canadian tour.”
